• Achieve a minimum of 75%-85% in SCM’s Determining Suitability Assessment (DSA).

For direct entry into Certificate III in Commercial Cookery without additional support, the student must achieve a minimum of 85% and 90% in SCM’s DSA.

For direct entry into Certificate III in Commercial Cookery with additional support, the student must achieve a minimum of 75%-85% in SCM’s DSA.
