Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us. It’s the compass guiding our journey towards improvement and innovation. Whether you have thoughts on how we can enhance our products, suggestions for new features, or simply want to share your experiences, we’re here to listen. Your voice matters. It’s the driving force behind our evolution, helping us tailor our offerings to better suit your needs and preferences. So don’t hesitate to reach out and share your thoughts. Together, we can shape a brighter future for our community. We encourage feedback through formal channels with staff and students but also encourage you to email the Registrar at any time if you believe that we can improve our environment, via info@scm.vic.edu.au.
In any community, it’s natural for grievances to arise from time to time. However, what truly matters is how we address them. Your grievances are not burdens; they are opportunities for growth and understanding. By speaking up and sharing your concerns, you’re not only advocating for yourself but also helping us build a stronger, more inclusive environment for everyone.
We believe in open communication and constructive dialogue. Your feedback allows us to identify areas for improvement and take meaningful action to address them. So please, don’t hesitate to share your grievances with us. Together, we can work towards solutions and foster a culture of mutual respect and support.
Remember, your voice is powerful, and your concerns are valid. Let’s embrace this opportunity to listen, learn, and grow together. Thank you for entrusting us with your feedback.
Anyone who has a concern about something that has happened at SCM and wants a specific outcome may be able to resolve the problem informally by discussing the matter directly with the responsible person or asking a SCM staff member to assist them. Reviews, appeals and complaints are formal processes that must be completed within set timeframes. More information is in the Student Handbook, or you can contact the Student Support Officer for advice. All serious matters or breaches of SCM’s Student Code of Conduct or Staff Code of Conduct should be directed to the Registrar in the first instance.
